Basic Qi Exercise Cycle

This is an introductory level workshop and is suitable for everybody. It provides a good foundation for any future studies and practice.

It comprises basic Qigong concepts and background, demonstrations, learning exercises and meditation.

Daily practice is recommended. The practices are highly effective for relaxing the body and mind, and to clear and build energy. They have proved a useful healing tool in a wide variety of situations, and complement many other healing and treatment modalities. These exercises also serve as an excellent maintenance and enhancement routine for general health and well-being.

A group weekly practice will be scheduled subsequently to establish regular Qigong practice on Wednesday evenings at Manly Yoga.

The DVD of the complete practice by Grand Master Zhao Shi Hua is available, as well as an audio CD of the exercises and a Qigong meditation.

 

Qigong is excellent at empowering you to take your health into your own hands. You will learn how to clean your energy, accumulate energy and circulate it around your body. You will have an excellent tool to de-stress, revitalize and heal yourself. The most powerful doctor is the one within you and you will learn how to nurture and develop this doctor.
